Return Policy

Here at Kiki Capri, we want you to be super stoked about your kickass hand painted purchase. If for whatever reason you’re totally bummed with your original order, you may return the item(s) postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt for a one-time only online store credit. Please note that Kiki Capri does not cover return shipping costs.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in original condition with all furnishings (wristlet, gold chain and duster bag) in-tact. All returned items must include the original packing slip, marking your reason for return. 

To start your return process, please email orders@kikicapri.com. In your email, you'll need to state your order number and reason for return so that we can provide you with the returns shipping address. Upon the timely receipt of your returned purchase, we will prepare your one-time only online store credit code. Please allow up to 10 days, from the receipt of your return, for return review and processing.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and are not eligible for online credit. All international orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return and online credit. 

Kiki Capri has the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
